Nestled along the picturesque coast road, just a short distance from the Lake District, our venue offers an idyllic setting to work in.

Position: Bar/Restaurant Staff

Location: The Farmers Baycliff, Main Road, Baycliff, Ulverston

Hours: 4-12 per week

Key Responsibilities: 

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch customer service in both our charming bar and welcoming restaurant areas.
• Customer Focused: Serve delicious food and drinks to our guests with a friendly and professional attitude, adhering to policy & law.
• Operations: Play a key role in the daily operations, including setting up and closing down the venue.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, cosy, and inviting atmosphere for our patrons.
• Team-Player: Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a bar/restaurant setting is a plus, but not essential – we value your positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Personality: A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Must be 18 years or older (due to licensing laws)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 4-12 per week

Pay: £12.00 per hour (*dependant upon age & experience)
