The role

• Support the Head Chef day-to-day
• Lead services and keep kitchens running smoothly
• Set standards on food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Train, guide, and mentor the team
• Help with menus and specials
• Maintain clean, safe, compliant kitchens

What we’re looking for:

• Sous Chef or senior chef at that level
• Confident leader, calm under pressure
• Strong standards and attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, and professional
• Experience across multiple kitchens a bonus

We’re looking for a solid Chef de Partie // CDP to join our kitchens at The Farmers Arms and The Rose & Crown in Ulverston.

If you’re reliable, care about food, and want steady work in a well-run kitchen, this is for you.
